At Stroke Links, we aim to make your first visit as easy and comfortable as possible.
Before you come
Your first session is free!
Register with the coordinator before attending by:
- Phone, Email, or Text
This helps us make sure the session is right for you.
When you arrive
You will be welcomed in a friendly and relaxed way. You can take your time and sit where you feel comfortable. We will support you to complete a simple registration form so we can support you safely. No rush!
What to expect
You will meet others who understand life after stroke. Take part in gentle activities, chat with others, or sit and observe if you prefer. Everything is at your own pace.

You don't have to have everything figured out.
You don't need to explain everything.
Just come as you are - we're here to support you.
