FACE-TO-FACE CHAIR BASED EXERCISES
Build strength, stamina, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
This group is designed for people affected by stroke who want to improve movement, increase activity levels, build stamina, and feel more confident in their body.

What To Expect:
Sessions are positive, motivating, and supportive. You will be guided through structured exercises designed to help improve movement, strength, stamina, and overall activity levels.
Each session includes:
-
A warm-up
-
Upper body cardio
-
Strength exercises using resistance bands and light hand weights
-
A simple aerobic section
-
A cool down
Music is used to help motivate and create an enjoyable, energising atmosphere.
Exercising to music can also help stimulate the brain and support the development of neural pathways, which may help improve coordination and movement over time.
You can take part as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Everything is done at your own pace!
