A welcoming space to connect, share, and feel supported after stroke.
This group is designed for people affected by stroke who would like to meet others, talk, and feel part of a supportive community.
It offers a relaxed and friendly environment where you can take things at your own pace.

What To Expect:
This is a relaxed and supportive group where you can join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
There is no pressure to speak — you can simply listen, take part in activities, or enjoy time with others.
The group provides:

The session provides a wide range of accessible activities, including:

Craft and gardening activities are adapted so people of all abilities can take part.
Katie provides a discussion topic each session, which may include seasonal themes, stroke-related topics, or general interests. This helps encourage conversation, connection, and shared discussion.

You Are Welcome!
You do not need to prepare anything or attend every session.
Just come along when you feel ready.
You will be met with kindness, understanding, and support.
